Paris

May 23-26

Michael had some business meetings in Paris so we decided to make a long weekend trip of it!! Paris is beautiful and we had the best time. We ate tons of macarons and walked the whole city! FYI Paris is not very child friendly. It was difficult to maneuver the stroller! We saw the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triump, Notre Dame, and Luxembourg Garden! The city is so beautiful it was so fun to just walk everywhere and admire it!
Relaxing in the hotel room!

Amazing macarons. Hard to decide which was better!

Five Months

5.15.15

Parker is 5 months old!!! He is such a joy and it is so fun watching him grow. My most favorite thing is to see how much Kennedy loves him and vice versa. They adore each other. Kennedy can not get enough of him and constantly wants to hold him and be with him.  Gushy post done. :). He is constantly laughing (especially at Kennedy), grabbing toys and putting them in his mouth, sleeping horribly at night (just got his crib and a zipadeezip so hopefully that helps!) and sitting up assisted.

Holland and Hyde Park

5.4.15-5.11.15

We have been so lucky and have had gorgeous weather so far here in London! The kids and I are starting to fall into a routine and most mornings we walk to Hyde Park and enjoy the beautiful park. It is so big and every time we go we find something new! We can not get over how pretty everything is. Literally even the rubbish ;) cans on the street are fancy.

Hamleys

5.4.15

We took the kids to Hamleys today. It is the oldest toy store in the world! Kennedy had some birthday money to spend so we wanted her to pick out a couple toys. She was in heaven. I nearly had a heart attack because it was packed and she kept darting in every which way. Getting through the store with a toddler running around and a stroller was no easy task! If you are ever in London I would recommend checking out this store Kennedy had a blast! We however ended up getting a couple small things here and ordering the other stuff she liked on Amazon bc it was sooo marked up!!

Sightseeing in London
5.3.15

It was gorgeous today so we took the tube to sightsee! We saw Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. They were so beautiful. Then we played outside for a bit and enjoyed the weather!

London
5.2.15

So far we LOVE London. I am actually loving living in a small flat with no stairs. It is so easy to manuevre around with the two kids. :) We also have the best location! We are so close to Hyde Park and when you walk out of our building there are tons of shops, restaurants, and pubs. Who wants to come visit and babysit?? 😉 Today we walked to the hospital once I heard the royal baby had been born. I was so excited to see the crowds. I didn't want to stay long so I figured we wouldn't see any real action. As we were walking back to Hyde Park the police starting blocking off streets and people starting screaming. Two seconds later Prince William drove right by us! Made my day! I of course missed the picture. Not quite as exciting as a royal sighting but still fun was the Notting Hill farmers market. I can't wait to go back next week!!

Hyde Park

London
4.30.15

We made it to London! The flight was definitely not our easiest flight. Kennedy struggled to fall asleep. She is now basically on London time though so the restless plane sleep may have made the transistion easier. Fingers crossed! 😉. We are all settled in our flat and have been exploring our neighborhood. We live really close to Hyde Park so we walked around there today. It is so beautiful!!!
Looking at swans-they came up so close! It kind of freaked her out!
