We had a great Christmas this year. It was so fun celebrating with family and being able to start traditions with Kennedy. We loved seeing Christmas through Kennedy's eyes!

We went to Santa Brunch at my parent's golf club today.  Kennedy got to meet Santa for the first time. She was so intrigued by everything going on around her she didn't really look at the camera but she didn't cry! She loved eating all the table food and watching all the kids and commotion around her.

Christmas Visit

My grandparents came to visit with Kennedy since we won't be going to their house for Christmas.  Kennedy loved seeing them and had so much fun opening her first Christmas presents!

We took Kennedy to the zoo today to look at the animals and all the Christmas lights. She really liked looking at everything but it was cold so it was a short trip!!

It was very snowy and cold outside on Saturday so we decided to have some fun inside at the Monon Center. Kennedy really like the pool when we were in Arizona in September so we were excited to take her now that she's older and more interactive. She did NOT like it at first. I think it was too loud and overwhelming. She quickly warmed up and had a great time! It made me really excited for our trip to Arizona in a couple of weeks. Hopefully it will be warm enough for some pool time!

8 Months

12/13/13

I can't believe she is already 8 months old! She loves scooting around and going after anything that doesn't belong to her (mostly Jack's toys) She just started actually crawling this weekend as well.  She has a great appetite and has loved pretty much anything we give her except butternut squash.  :) She also loves holding our hands and "walking" all over the place.  She is so expressive and is constantly making noises and talking to us. She is more and more fun to play with each day!

Last Sunday we went over to my sister-in-laws to decorate cookies with my niece and nephew. It was so much fun! Can't wait to do it again.

Library Fun

I decided to take Kennedy to the library for a change of pace. She had a lot of fun playing! We will definitely be going more often. I am excited to try their Library Babies Storytime!
